August committee news Street Race August 30 Go to the Streetrace page to see the latest news on the 2010 Streetrace. The street race committee have been working very hard to secure the necessary funding to run the event, to date we do not have quite enough funding but we are very close to the amount we need. It is hoped to raise this within the next two weeks so stay tuned. If you know somebody / business that may want to support / sponsor this event please contact Steve Glover or Sue Moc's. Pit Safety The committee have had to place a ban on the use of all kids scooters, skateboards, bikes, etc on race days. There have been too many close calls and even the occasional injury to rider and bystander throughout the pits from over exuberant pilots so we are now asking that you do not bring out your child's scooters etc to race days. Thank you for your support on this. [back to top]
